2. | Wilhelm GREEFF was born in 1650 (son of Clemens GREEFF and Catharina); was buried on 8 Aug 1730. Notes:
Wilhelm received the upper part of the new house recognizable by its low roof, at the division of 1690 and remained living there.
On 15 May 1695 he apppeared as godfather with Engel on Holthausen, probably on account of being a neighbour.
On 23 January 1723 he signed the agreement concerning the Salscheider Mark.
In the rates register of the administraion of Beyenburg of 1 Nov 1728 it is recorded that the autumn levy, the candlemas levy and May levy for the Huckenbach were equally divided between Wilhelm Grefe, Franz Grefe and Goerdt Hens. These three were therefore still living at the time and still owned their portions.
When a special tax was levied in 1731 the shares of the Huckenbach were given as follows:

3 Morgen Quarter 26 3/4 roods meadowland
18 Morgen 2 Quarter 17.11/12 roods woodland

Wilhelm pays 6 Thaler, 2 Albus. 10. 7/8 Heller.
