  Johanna attended a finishing school in Geneva, and after the death of her second mother she managed the households in Frankfurt am Main and on Moosburg. She and her father were ever concerned to provide a focal point for the Greeff family. The achievement of the Family Day in Barmen on 4 July 1937 and the issue of this family history are due to her efforts. From 1907 she lived with Miss Hoffmann in Auerbach onBerg street, in"Haus johfried" with 4 Morgen of land, and from 1933 inDarmstadt.
