  Beatrix Hendrika Greeff Death Notice: MOOC 6-9-463 No 4141. Johanna Greeff (born Kruger) and three of her children and at least one grandchild died in 'Vryburg' during the Anglo Boer War. Only one death notice, that of Martha Elizabeth Adriana Greeff, actually mentions the 'Burgher Camp' in Vryburg as the place of death. During the ABO about 4000 Boer soldiers were killed, about 8000 British soldiers were killed and about 26000 Boer women and children were killed by Concentration Camps.
