    Herroep die Testament wat sy en haar oorlede man op 16.8.1759 opgestel het. Bemaak Witte Boomen aan haar seun Jan Guilliam VAN HELSDINGEN. Haar dogter Magdalena Elizabeth oorlede ten tye van bg. datum. Haar kleindogter Margaretha Elizabeth, uit die huwelik tussen haar dogter Anna Susanna X Christman Joel AKKERMAN erf "slavemeisje" Spatia van de Caab. Testatrise se eie slavin, Lea van de Caab, mag nie verkoop word nie, maar moet toegelaat word om te besluit by wie van die Testatrise se kinders sy wil gaan woon (saam met haar eie jongste kind). Kinders wat genoem word as erfgename in die Testament, is:
    1. Jan Guilliam VAN HELSDINGEN
    2. Anna Susanna van Helsdingen
    Kleinkinders wat erf:
    1. Jan Hendrik HOFMEIJER
    2. Stephanus HOFMEIJERHaar seun Jan Guilliam VAN HELSDINGEN en haar skoonseuns Christman Joel AKKERMAN en Jan Hendrik HOFMEIJER word benoem as eksekuteurs van haar boedel.
    Slawe wat belydenis van Christelike geloof afgelê het, mag nie verkoop word nie. In 'n kodisil wat aangeheg is, bemaak sy aan haar kleinseun Jan Hendrik VAN HELSDINGEN, Pedro van de Caab. Aan haar dogter Magdalena Elizabeth se seun, Jan Hendrik HOFMEIJER, bemaak sy Appollis van de Caab. Vertoon te Weescamer 31.3.1778.

    Elisabeth married Jan Hendrik VAN HELSDINGEN, b1 about 1729 in Drakenstein, Cape, South Africa(Paarl). Jan was born about 1702 in Netherlands; died in 1759 in Cape, South Africa. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
